Greetings to All,
As you saw on the first page of our site that “the work of the Spirit is alive” and this is true. The Mission of the Shroud was always guided by the Spirit and not of one person and whatever happens to one of us, we are guided by that one with the Spirit to continue the forever flowing of love that moves to one heart to another, until all are changed and Heaven has returned to earth as it always was and forever should be.
As you may or may not know, the founder of the Mission of the Shroud has been placed in his Heavenly home with the Father. Roger Poisson was in the hands of the Spirit and He chose to take him home on the 6th of March, 2011. He surrounded by the love of family and friends, though near or far. He was also visited by many priests and nuns, who gave him their private blessings.
Do not mistake this for a “death announcement” but as a re-birth, Born-again, into Heaven. Roger has never wanted us to cry for him or be saddened by this moment. He has always said that “even after death I will be with you, continuing to guide you, closer to the Spirit.” To him, the Spirit is more important than himself, than anyone, and we must remember Him always, that He is in everything and is always with us, even though we may forget that sometimes.
Roger was (and still is) continuously guided by the Spirit and even after his bodily death, wanted to do what the Spirit wanted. The Spirit continuously said (and says) that “the body means nothing.” So Roger, guided by the Spirit, wanted his body donated to Science, so as to not leave any grave site or body to remember but that we continuously remember the Spirit. Roger’s wishes were carried out in that spirit, to make sure no body, grave, or memorial site was left of his body but that what we learnt by the Spirit and the love we received is remembered and continues forever in our hearts.
The work of the Mission of the Shroud is the same continuation of that love and Roger wanted it to continue. He told us so often that we are the Mission, all of us. We should commit ourselves fully to the work of the Spirit and to continue the Will of God until all are reached.
Our home (here at the Mission) and the website are still open for visitors, phone calls, e-mails, and letters at any time. There will be more articles added that the Spirit wrote through Roger, we will be putting new audio and video clips up, and much more of the work of the Spirit.
I would like to thank all of you for the many phone calls, letters, cards, and e-mails that have been sent to us. Also for the many Masses said for Roger and in honour of the Spirit. They are full of support and love which I know the Spirit and Roger is happy with.
I know Roger, guided by the Spirit, has touched many hearts and turned many stones. Families, friends, children, adults, Native, Black, White, Oriental, Americans, Canadians, Europeans, Australians, Priests, Nuns, Bishops, daughters, sons, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, grandparents, babies, and many, many more people have been moved by the love of God for them and have the realization that ‘Someone’ loves them. Roger did and does love you…forever. He will continuously show you the Father’s love for you, as it was shown and given to him.
Let’s all continue on forever that love into each other’s hearts, until all hearts are changed, even those who we think have hearts of stone. Let us, guided by the Spirit, carve out the heart like digging for gold until it shines brighter than the sun and then there shall be no more darkness in the world, for the darkness is only there by the shadow we cast upon each other by are not loving one another. Let’s remove ourselves from being in front of one another and learn to work together, side by side, then there shall be no more shadows cast upon anyone, for all will be equal.
Again I thank all of you, and we at the Mission will always be here for you. There will always be a number to call, an e-mail address to send to, an address to write to and a door to open for you. As long as we listen to the Spirit and ask Him for guidance this place will always continue. You are all in our hearts and we truly love you.
God Bless all of you and again we love you, always and in all ways.
Remeber in you also lies the continuation of God's Mission, God's love. Each one of us has the ability to love and continue this movement of love. Let us work together and continue this Mission through the love we give to one another.
God Bless all of you.
Yours truly,
Anna-Maria Everett with the Spirit
