CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
Whereas Canada is founded upon the principals that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of laws.

We are challenging the Constitution Act of 1982 by the law of false pretense, obtaining goods fraudulently where we attach facts and documents to this public challenge of the constitution.

Exhibit 1:
Copy of a document dating April 16, 1647, and we quote from the attached French translation of original document, also attached to this claim signed by a Mr. Bancherons under the authority of the King of France.

“ The company of the New France for the present times and to come salutes in being our greatest desire to establish a strong colony of natural French in the New France so that by their example the savages of the land may be instructed in some knowledge of God and reduced to a civil life under obedience to the King.”

This document that implicates government and Church of which we present photocopies, celebrating 300 years as a Church in Canada, where you will see in this book the Lordship of my ancestors where the crest also attached testifies and I dare say, by gentleness?
We will now ask you to click on the story of Evelyn Hayden, whereas by the sovereign supremacy of God these people had to live these atrocities.

Exhibit 2:
The story that you have read a few times already perhaps not noticing it, this is why that we have attached to that story photographs of rats and mice put into the food of these people who took the teachings supposedly, to the recognition of the supremacy of God. We want to repeat the story of the Nun and politely, not mentioning the order. It is unimportant, but that came to the Mission on the day of its blessing to ask God through me, to forgive their order for having put mice and rats into the food of the Indians, as they were called. Also, that a family of 10 children would receive one bag of flour, one bag of sugar, some rice per month. Was that under the supremacy of God? The false pretense of using God to lessen a people to obedience to the King of France makes this constitution invalid and a fraudulent document. It is why Elijah Harper, I hail for his brave “No”.

Many other challenges could be brought through the same constitution. Freedom of thoughts, belief, freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other means of communication, freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association. We also include a link of Pope John Paul II’s challenge to all nations that will be presented on April 26, 2004 at the United Nations. By this breech of constitution, no laws nor amendment to laws are truly legal unless you insist on forcing them in a dictatorship way because of lack of honesty of all people of Canada who remain silent knowing these facts and do nothing about it.

His Excellency Bishop Roman Danylak, my spiritual director, daring the truth to the cost of his own demise, was here to confess that Nun and also to forgive her and those who have yet to dare asking forgiveness. Bishop Danylak is a true man of God. It is time that as Canadians, under the supremacy of the God that was never accessory to this military infringement in the name of God with people who were prepared to evangelize with hatred to inflict on a people such atrocities.

It is not to put down the Church nor the government. Allow me to quote a section of the bible that we all need to look at and perhaps learn for the first time and here I quote:
"In the end, many will believe that they are doing God a favour when they kill you.” This is the spirit that was in the disguise of God but with the evil mind of dictators that believe that only by force you could evangelize. By the way, evangelization was never presented by this God in the form of dislike and reducing a people to ‘obey the King of France’, rather than the King of Kings.

I am happy that you the reader, be it in Government, in the Church, as Native, or as a simple person, this is honesty, that God is proposing to all of us so that we may wash out of our brains when we see the oppressed and we look at them as offensive and lesser. Our ancestors praised themselves into this book that contains the truth. I also have from the Dakota-Ojibway Tribal Council a book that contains the detailed account of what went on in residential schools, where farmers would pay two dollars per head to the Church for the children to work on the farm while they were supposed to be in school. And we talk about foreign countries using child labour.

If all of this is sickening to you, and that you are angry because of its disclosure, you therefore testify that you wish for it to stay. It is time because of this false pretense, the using of God to carry on an old institution as the right hand women of Reg Alcock said: “What is your plan?” she asked. We have it recorded on a tape. It is not in order to defame but I saw in this woman a desire for a new nation. And where at times, to safeguard their position, people must keep to status quo. Therefore, becoming accessory to the crime.

This is but a mild vision of who we are all as Canadians. One thing that gave me a slight encouragement in visiting the office of Reg Alcock, where Maria said “Do you believe that Paul Martin means what he says when he says that he wants to reverse this nation, change it?” But it will take time. Forever is not long enough when you have no solutions and if you do, present them to us and we will post them on this website. If you don’t, and you have an interest in a better Canada, then voice yourself and what we want is your well being as well as that of all other parties. We give you the Liberals, the benefit of the doubt even if you have no answers and find it hard to face these truths. At least you’re brave office workers dared breaking the ice, perhaps in an attempt to give you the gift of wisdom if they could gather it for you. But since you are the head that’s where the gift goes, but it must be by humility, true service to the nation in the absence of pride.

The sovereignty of God has never entered Canada with the facts that we present. And since we are at the foot of a wailing wall that we have built ourselves, what do we have to lose by listening and what do we miss by not listening? It is an invitation to all parties beginning by the Liberals, that are at the helm of the ship that has no relation to its people. And when we will truly abide in the supremacy of this God, that everyone wishes to exist we will go back to the drawing board of discovering with the institution that carried the word, the scriptures, if only in a book form, to today.

When a young man gets out of university, he practices his medicine on real people. How many people who claim to know the scriptures back and forth, have ever begun living it as Christ did himself? A book is not made for movies. It’s made for actions. It’s a blueprint for a new Canada.
