Greetings. Strange title, but facts that must be accomplished, unless you want to stay negative all your life, but since you are looking for solutions to replace the negative in you by positive, then you have the perquisite to succeed in this venture. To make it simple for you to understand, take a baby, for instance. How many times must he or she practice by changing the wrongs; example, in trying to eat, by another wrong, then by another wrong, until the habit is broken. The goal that you set in your mind should be easier for an adult to achieve than for a baby. Perhaps for the baby, being hungry (hunger) becomes the goal, just like having to go bathroom, the old saying. “You’ve got to go, you’ve got to go.” You can no longer put it off. We ask you now to take a moment and say aloud whether alone or not, what habits you will change. Remember we said, you will change. Important sentence, because it must be the will in you to change that habit. If we take for instance, smoking or drinking or drug addiction. How did you get hooked on these things if not gradually? They have become negative habits, costly habits, and health deteriorating habits. Do you want out of these habits or do you just expect them to disappear out of nowhere? Now, we ask you if you want the fun of trying to quit smoking, try this: I’m not telling you to light up a cigarette, but if it is, try to replace the time that you have it in your mouth by triple the time sitting on the ashtray, like a little contest between the cigarette and you. If you place the exercise pattern in your mind, it may be very short at first, but gradually your mind will get used to fighting back negative habits. For instance, if you think you’re good at stealing, you must be quick. But don’t you find, from time to time, yourself in a fear of getting caught? So why don’t you make a habit of talking to yourself about that fear? On cigarette packages, have you noticed the nice pictures that they put on? Rotten lungs, sores of the mouth, and telling you all about cancerous possibilities, why don’t you blow these things up, put them on your wall, get in the habit of looking at them and you will see, gradually, disappear the what looks good in your mind that now becomes disgusting? How do you overcome someone that yells at you? By screaming louder, by dominating the negative force? But if you don’t dominate, you are being dominated. How would you like now, to refresh your lungs, your liver, your whole life, by opting out of negative habits? When you give your body a moment of rest, it gets in the habit of yearning for such. If you don’t excessively use your body to maintain a lifestyle that otherwise would seem impossible, the whole structure of your health will take a new direction and you will start healing. Just like a sore on the body that must be exposed to air, clean air, not polluted. Your inner body requires the same. Now we want to give you positive exercises - habits to overtake the negative habits. Negative habits are always spontaneous and of short duration. But their effect on your life are long lasting. Positive habits put a halt to negative habits and in such, your physical structure begins process of healing, where in your mental state of mind, you will feel very suddenly a craving for better, in such, proving to you that you are deserving of better and the strength to continue will be a habit of new. If you find these words complicated and hard to understand, can you tell me that if someone placed a gun to your head for you to quit smoking permanently; now or die, which of the two would you take? Did you know that you are the gunman? Putting a gun to your head because you know that you will shorten your life very quickly and if you try to believe that you have love of life, then answer which of the two is the one that will give you longer life. If you met someone that overtook your heart, but the perquisite is no alcohol, no smoking; but that person’s power over your mind will or will not be neglected, depending on your decision to submit to the greater, if it is the negative side, I tell you that I would want no part of you, nowhere near me, because life means that much to me and I would not tamper with it or allow anyone, perhaps like you, to destroy me with second hand smoke or drugs or trying to plunge me into a pit of alcohol, calling yourself a friend or a relative. Starting now, make yourself a list of your most devastating habits and post them as the winner over you, the weak one. Look at them everyday until you hate the effect they have on you, but also place their alternative, a clean bill of health and life in return for the changes that you are now making happen in your life. This message is short to get you to read it ten times. I promise you that on the tenth time it won’t sound like a broken record, but you will have broken your own record or negative habits. What you do good; always do it for yourself first, and in such, you do it for everyone that has anything to do with your life. This is how respect is born and it causes stability in all forms of relationships, be it as a friend, a relative, a spouse or clergy. So again, I ask you to read this ten times; ten times in one day, for ten days. That is a hundred times. Believe me, it will have become carved in you and you will be in the habit of reaching out for the companion that has come to expose positive to your negative mind.
