After you read this article, if you were Perry, would you
look forward to court tomorrow? This issue is to awaken Canada to the plight
of these people. If you close your eyes to this article, never dream possible
a united Canada and most of all a clear conscience.
If I were this man, I would very likely do the same thing because I too went
through a similar situation years ago, when a Police Officer told me I stood
no chance against the other person that was a relative to the Judge. I ask
you the reader, whether you have faith in anything or not, if your heart is
not shaken by this atrocity, when we use bibles to swear on in court. Need
I say more?
I will be at the courts tomorrow and to bring out these issues and asking
that these charges be dropped against this man. And further, I intend to push
it to all ministries attached to the First Nation People’s affairs.
And of course, the Prime Minister, Paul Martin, that has already received
this document as you have it now. The media will also be informed because
racism will come to an end. And to you, the people, as to devaluate the value
of property, this is going too far.
I ask immediate investigation of the entire judicial system. Be it by Defense
Lawyers or Prosecutors, or Judges, Policemen, Jail keepers, medical people
involved with prisoners; racism will end and I want a new Canada, and no taxes
should be paid for this type of corruption. I ask the Prime Minister and opposition
leader to immediately address the cause of Mr. Antoine and to review all other
First Nation cases in the courts, to make sure that racism was not present
at trials and sentencing.
I once heard a Judge telling a man who was fined $2,000 for robbing a bank:
“You’ll know how to find the money. You’re a thief.”
These statements are not acceptable and I could insist on further investigation
of the missing $180 million dollars before this man could be brought to trial.
We have solutions to all our problems and if you believe that the lips are
sufficient to conquer a nation, remember that a term is only five years. Therefore,
it is just a matter of time for true justice, if you believe you could get
away with it.
I hope that you will respond immediately to this. We attach the case number
of the charges against this man:
Winnipeg Police Service PR# 03-266180;
and also we demand written letters of apologies to this man and all First
Nation people, directed to their national Leader an to Mr. Antoine himself,
and that all changes be dropped against him. Also, that we guide Mr. Antoine
in his struggling with life by a mutual agreement of the state and the Mission
of the Shroud to extend our deepest love to Mr. Antoine, his family and all
others defamed against by a system, white only.
Yours truly,
Roger Poisson
