Did you know that the income tax system was only started as a war measure in 1917 and as such, was to have been cancelled at the end of World War I?

Did you know that 10 years ago if you paid $3,000 in income tax, only $1,000 would have been needed to pay interest on the debt? If you sent $3000 to Ottawa as payment for income tax last year, $2,400 was needed to pay the interest charge on the money the federal government has borrowed in previous years. Should we dare ask what portion is for the interest today?
We have shown you, in the last few weeks, statistics that are alarming. Under the British North American Act, did you know that an income tax system is not needed at all? Here is from the Government’s own statistics:

If this system of government credits under the BNA act, where adopted in place of the present system of private loans, at interest, there would be no necessity for the heavy burdens of income tax on the individual and corporation tax on businesses. Thus, they could be eliminated and so allow the individual citizens to receive the rights to which they are entitled, under the BNA act. Further, the abolition of the corporation tax would greatly free our economy, giving Canada the opportunity to compete with better advantage in foreign fields and so increase her prosperity. The true reason for the present inflation is heavy and unconstitutional taxation, which causes the necessity for higher salaries, wages, and profits in order to meet the heavy and unconstitutional taxation. For instance, married allowance, old age pension and other social security plans are paid for by taxation, on the citizens of Canada. If Canada issued government interest-free credits against the wealth of the nation, then the above mentioned social security plans could be greatly increased and at no cost whatsoever to the citizens and taxpayer.

Now, the big question….
We have the deficit, increasing as you read. How could we switch from one system of taxation to the BNA, and at the same time find ways to eliminate the debt? Logically speaking, by the statistics given you, that within 10 years, $1,000.00 out of $3,000.00 went for the interest, where next you find that $2,400.00 out of $3,000.00 goes to pay the interest. So this means, that we are heading for having to pay for nothing, and the interest will be massively crude, where the mechanical means of governing will overtake the ability of man to govern. It is why that the so-called issue of a one-world government is as deadly as can be, especially if we go by the ability of Canada, to govern its own affairs. By the way, how could we be called a rich nation?

Capitalism is as dangerous as Communism. It could even be more, because when everything leads to the hands of a few to govern the affairs of the whole world, it is most imperative that a balance sheet be presented immediately for each nation in comparison with their GNP (Gross National Product), their debt and their ability to pay.

Where does the leadership take authority to wiping out foreign debts, when under the BNA act, states:

The constitution of Canada under the BNA [British North American Act] does not belong to the parliament or to the legislatures, it belongs to the country, and it is there that the citizens for the country will find their protection to the rights to which they are entitled.

The state of Canada under the present circumstances, known to every citizen, is in no position to further advance, much less, to sit still with mud slinging between parties that are all supposed to work together for the well being of the nation.
The headlines of all medias are covered with the only thing that sells: scandals and accusation. Where are the Canadians that have elected those people, in their silence and in their own defamation of the true name of Canada, by excessive abuse of the system be it in taxation, or defrauding in some other ways, the nation of which we are to be one body? Who do we go to? Beginning today, right now, if you say, for changes, someone to trust, someone qualified to be at the helm of a relationship between the people of the nation.

We have found many wrongs with the institution of Canada, since the beginning of Confederation. We have made amendments to the cause of Riel, always to the detriment of another people. If we look at the origin before confederation came to pass, what was the state of the nation? Divided as territories? What was the purpose of a confederation?

To minimize the overall cost of maintaining a nation together by laws and means in which people could gather in a modest way, a spiritual way, where at one time we sought above the human answers to the problems of the nation. I am not advertising Churches, because the wrongs are wrongs. But if no one has a right to return on track, what is the purpose of Justice? What is the purpose of searching? The structure of the family is the vicious route that poisons the spirit of continuity into the heart of the children that have no substance for a future, as the family merely struggles to survive, to face these debts that we are now presented with, under the disguise of a united country.

It is time that we retrieve within ourselves, and that we be honest. Again, I re-pledge that I am not here religiously, but spiritually, which simply means, common sense. How many members of parliament have a true happiness at home, that makes them govern their work with love, and that have no interest of any kind, other than each other's heart, for being so well linked in spirit? A man that is truly happy that has discovered true love by mutual respect for the one that has permitted him to expand his horizons and to be able, because of that love, to work towards a new nation, a new world of peace without war, without dictatorship, nor imperialism, but because of mutual love between all people of the world.

If we could dig for gold, why don’t we search the hearts, extending a future to all those who cannot foresee a future because of errors of the past? If a man is worth $50,000 per year in jail, if we have it for that purpose, why not make him productive and have a peacemaker in a family that will provide also alms for the coffers of the nation that will be loved by every moment of its society?

To all different faiths, religions, atheism, communism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, whatever you may claim to be; the roots of all faith has to be love between people and not exploitation, neither in a religious way or tangible way and that respect for all woman of the world be granted unconditionally to all woman, without any expectation, if only in a lusting way, to take away from one, to the detriment of the other. When we will learn to face one another and ban all that is evil for man, pornography, degradation on the woman and children, to profit the vicious mind of sexual exploitation that must be readdressed with the true value and meaning of all creation of the above.
We have a proposal, a definite proposal, one that we will present to all parties of the nation, in the House of Commons, or through a new political party, because this proposal is for the well being of all people and at not cost to anyone, where nothing is sought for us but the happiness of all people.
Be it that you are Black, Asian, Native, White; the best is for everyone and the least for no one. Poverty will be removed. Distribution will be abundant for all nations of the world. Problems to medic-care, prison system, loneliness, anything that neglects, happiness and health in one life will be addressed to a minimal cost where love will become the healer of this nation.

I openly address all the members of Parliament to take time to hear this proposal together, not to run with bits and pieces as to be the author of what is greater than what you are in the conditions of nation of today. It will be of no cost to anyone, where all nations will become one, into a new Canada that will be for it is, to be the salvation of many other nations beginning by its own, through a mutual love that will make Canada representing all nations of the world, under one creator, however, you may call HE.

We are excited to present to you this little blueprint, which is, but a shadow, compared to what will follow next. We will start laying out, in the next few days, the pieces of the puzzle that will leave no divisions between pieces, as in a puzzle. We will paint a new nation with real flowers, real freedom, real unity, where billboards will disappear, for the people shall be the definition of unity in their joy of living in this land of plenty.
In 1966, (and this is not a promotion for the Liberal Party), under Pierre Trudeau, a survey was made that Canada has the ability to feed the whole world. It will be and every country will be able to breathe without being indebted to the few who call themselves rich under God to the detriment of the poor. Africa will know prosperity. It will not surrender to other nations. Every nation will be given to breathe within its own boundaries and that the love that will grow from one border to the other will unite all nations and we will not need one building with one person from each country for all people will be united under the banner of love.

It is with excitement and prosperity that I foresee in this vision that is laid out before you, where I ask you, the readers to respond through e-mail, in a petition for the governed of Canada to open its doors to listen to this new proposal for a new nation and that the people of this nation whether they are born here or not, will benefit of all the natural resources and necessities without limitation of the abundance, where the flow is forever going.
We ask you to make a petition for this proposal with many names as many as you could send in, that we will present to the government of Canada, to make them listen, rather than be silent in times of despair. A fireman goes out of the station when there is a fire. He doesn’t let it burn down.

So we invite you all, members of parliament and readers to hand your names through e-mail to have petitions and to call for a press conference before the summer, in Ottawa, with all the media, where we will present the platform of a new political party, if need be, to awaken the dormant ones that are letting the nation sink to the detriment of the future of your children and mine.
Those wanting to challenge these issues publicly are more than welcome, because the record has already spoken on your behalf. But what we will present will become an alternative to all the problems of Canada.

It is offered you out of love. It is not a challenge. But I cannot remain dormant as the nation sinks and see my children being the ones to pay the debts that you are creating for us today.
