As a Quebecer out of Quebec for some forty years and leader of a Western Political Party called The People's Political Power Party of Canada, allow me to say a “western Party’ simply for the fact that we are in Western Canada and no other reason.

As a Quebecer, born in Valleyfield, Quebec and still a Quebecer in my heart, I am very much a Quebecer in Canada.

The issue of nation within nation is a very dangerous issue that will spark more division than unity.  We have gone from false billboards; a fraudulent way to promote unity in Canada and now another means of fraudulent way, believing that being called a ‘nation within a nation’ will make me, as a Quebecer feel more Canadian than I feel now.

Perhaps if we look at the First Nation people, you have in there the word ‘nation’, first.  So what do we call Quebec: the second ‘first nation’ or the ‘second nation’ in Canada?

Are we to change the word ‘province’ to the word ‘nation’?  Then we would have ten nations and let’s not forget the territories changing their names to nation too) so we would have a whole bunch of nations within a nation.  What does it change?

What is the real problem in Canada?  Is it French and English or First nation - and then Ukrainians and Polish and Asian and African?  What is the problem in Canada: of course, it is the elite in politics playing the game of rich against poor. It matters not if it’s in Quebec, Ontario or anywhere else in Canada.  You have the rich families that were able to send their children to a higher education than the less fortunate ones.  And the problem in Canada today is not about races, French or English but about the bureaucracy of the elite who like to play check and mate with each other and as Professor Driscoll wrote in his book that the rich believe that the poor (they call ignorant), as Duplessis who proclaimed that ignorance will keep the rich ahead of the poor, always.

And if we estimate the percentage of the elite versus the percentage of the medium class or lower class, according to them the elite, you will find that the elite are a minority that seems to rule, as Professor Driscoll says that: “the lesser class deserved to be ruled by the upper class.”

As a Canadian, does poor mean stupid, ignorant, uneducated and deserving to be ruled over by liars who dig into your pockets to make you pay for the gifts that they make believe to give you?  I have found that out at a meeting with Elections Canada, where at the Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa there were no prices on the menu at the restaurant.  And when I asked the prices of the food, the answer was: “Who cares.  The government pays for it.”

Did they mean the ignorant, the stupid taxpayers who admire their rulers by seeking favours from them at times of election?  Where the gap widens between the rich and the poor?  And according to an arbitrator (supposedly a referee) the word ‘popular vote’ means simply ‘the rich over the poor’ because at the last election people made it clear that they had no choice and at the next federal election to come, perhaps this Spring, the rich tycoons still have the monopoly with the blessings of Elections Canada to have the most important air-time that they could buy and where the arbitrator himself said, “If you have the money, even if there is a ceiling as to what you could spend, don’t worry, they’ll take your money and they’ll give you the air time.”  This is fraud handled by people who speak in the name of justice.

When will you, the people of Canada, wake up and say “Enough of this garbage”?  The problem in Quebec is that Duplessis is still alive in the mentality of the rich over the poor and they dance with the wolves in the multinationals who threaten the poor to be shut down where they could avoid such by guaranteeing their jobs in voting for the tycoons.

The air is polluted.  And I remember Quebec (and must I say on the license plate of Quebec where it used to say, “I remember”) where Montreal was divided: the Westside for the rich and the Eastside for the poor.  But you will notice on the map that the Westside is very close to the Ontario border where the rich tycoons rule the land and all that is to the East of St. Lawrence Boulevard is the rest of the province of Quebec, leading to the Eastern provinces; where the sailors are poor, the fishermen are poor that the forest industry is controlled by American tycoons who pollute the air, replace the people by technology in the name of progress.  Quebec has the right and I must say, the poor have the right as well as in Ontario and anywhere in Canada (not to forget as we remind you the very First Nation within this nation, the Aboriginal people and the Inuit that must beg the rich for the little they receive from what was stolen from them and still unpaid for). And we have people like Stephen Harper and Paul Martin and Jack Layton screaming of surplus of money!  Why don’t you pay your debts before you claim that you have triple “A” rating with the world banks?

Canada does not have the right to be called a ‘nation’ because it is made of too many nations.  No wonder why the family is divided.  And no one cares about stability as long as we have a nametag that says ‘nation’.

As I told Elections Canada’s Arbitrator, Mr. Grant, Canada is not a nation.  It’s a family to me.  And there is no way that the rich will rule the poor forever.  And if they want to play accounting and bottom-line figures, our next article will show you that a stupid, uneducated French man from Quebec could do better accounting than Paul Martin, the best Finance Minister with a $101 million dollars missing.  And out of the same account a few months later, Stephen Harper finds a $12 billion dollar surplus.  I think we’re due for another Auditor General’s report, perhaps by an American firm to make sure that the manipulators will not have their hands in the books again.

When Canada will be a family, a true family without favouritism, Quebec will be proud to be part of this family where it is out of Quebec that came out the so-called ‘colonization’, where men were told, even by the Churches that they had to have twenty kids in order to out number the Indians, certainly not because God wanted it this way.  The proof of this today remains in the fact that since we can’t speak of keeping them ignorant anymore, soak them into pornography and perversion and immorality and you have the same result.

What a shame for governments to be so immoral that they would put even their own daughters on the butcher block to dominate like Duplessis used to do.  And I call on all women of Canada to stand on guard for moral values and demand respect.  And if man insists on the beautifulness of gay marriages, free the women from their perverse minds and let them go to men.  But when men will see role models into their leadership and their fathers and the beautifulness in the respect of their mothers, only then even Churches should be allowed to speak on behalf of marriages.  Until then, they too should keep their mouth shut in promoting a word and telling women they are obligated to let themselves go to perversion as a duty of a martial contract, perhaps because they are men only.

In God we trust, for full respect of all humans, where men will love to be role models to their sons.  After all, isn’t the purpose of a son to keep the name of the family holy and to the daughters, likewise as to their mothers?  Would we be able to speak of abortion if it were that way?  Until Canada becomes a holy family and that the Churches learn their lesson for their record-breaking divorce and annulment, only then should they be allowed to speak when they show stability and respect.  Until then, keep your mouth shut.
