Interesting question.  When you reach in your cupboards don’t you have both feet on the ground?

Sometime ago, I had a dream of working in the mines, up north, underground, just to know the feeling of being 3,000 feet underground (never mind six feet).  So I was hired by Inco Ltd. to work up North in Thompson, Manitoba, where the mine was called “Birch Tree”.  I remember working 3,000 feet underground.

What an experience!  What amazed me so much of the mines were the equipment they were using for drilling.  They had drill bits run by big air equipment and instead of drilling at their feet, they would drill at the ceiling.  First the men would make, I remember, 28 holes to pack the dynamite in.  And then they would make other holes to put a big wire mesh anchor to the ceiling so that when they would blast men would not get hurt.  After they would blast the 28 sticks of dynamite, then the cage would come down too and they used to give us big, long steel bars, which they called “scaling bars”.  And we had to go and look t the ceiling after it was blasted and scale out any loose rocks that could fall on the workers.

I remember one day I was wondering, “How come they could always reach the ceiling? They keep blasting the ceiling and they don’t extend their drill bits.”  It would be like drilling at the clouds!   And one cloud falls and you’re still drilling at the clouds.  It didn’t make sense.  So I remember sitting on what they call a “catwalk” which is hanging by the ceiling by rods some pieces of wood that you walk on.  But I didn’t know that through the overnight shift, all the rock had been crushed for nickel and anything that was no good was put on the floor.  And the floor would rise everyday and the ceiling would always get away.  Now if I ask you to reach through the cloud, you’re going to say: “I need to get higher”.  So God gives you all you need to get a view of good solid ground to walk upon.  That makes everything within reach. And this is how you go through life.

Never dream to be a bird, much less a fish.  But we are placed between the two: the depth of the waters and the heights of the cloud that comes from the evaporation of these waters.  Isn’t it strange that we never evaporate but the lakes do and the birds could fly when the wind blows?  God has put us to the center of everything so we could see everything.  But when you don’t realize the good footing that you have, if only by the soil that you walk upon, what can you do with the clouds or the depths of the oceans?

The moral of this story is that wherever you are, you have a purpose for being there.  If you don’t k now what to do, ask.  God is the very first wireless telephone ever invented.  And take my word for it, it’s not Rogers, nor Bell.  It is the Lord that is always on the main channel and not channeling but conversing with you.  The proof is there.  Every time you make a decision, you don’t give yourself a choice because you always pick one side.  So if you gave yourself a choice, you would know where to go.  So the conscience is the voice of God: the difference between right and wrong.  To me, I couldn’t understand why the ceilings of the mines would always get higher.  But the drills never got too short.  And now that you know the story, somebody would say, “That’s stupid!  You should have known!”

So the height that we speak of at this moment, is how far did you get in life on this earth with both feet on the ground?  When you live above your means, you don’t mean it, because it’s an illusion, a dream.  Like Monopoly money, you buy a car and finance it and you say that you own a car!  You don’t even own your house even though it is all paid for because every year you have to pay taxes to be allowed to leave it there and that you must obey all the laws and rules in order to stay there.

Shouldn’t they sell houses on wheels?  You don’t have to pay property taxes.  And if you’re neighborhood devalues, you just put it in a better one!  But still, people buy houses on wheels to get away from those who are on solid ground.  So they could get their feet on the ground and feel freedom and peace in the quiet of reality.

Did you ever go to a show and talk all the way through without anybody saying, “Quiet, please!”  so that they don’t miss anything?  How can you hear the Lord if you’re always talking, running and scared?  He is the one that provides the words, the security, the life, the love and most of all wisdom.  So no one should ever have any copyrights when they have the rights to copy!  Because he said: “As I have loved you, love one another.”

Thank you for reading. Yours truly,

The man who changed the world (since everything changes all the time).  How could you say the world isn’t changed?  The trees never stop growing until you kill them.  It’s like the humans and after they die, they start living.  Thank you for reading.  Listen to nature, the inner beauty within your heart where God meets you to explain his nature to you through the sound of the wind and the waves of the water and the gift of someone’s presence with you.  That’s how much I love you.  God bless.)

Yours truly,
The Master
