Yesterday, we put up this tragic story, that involves the Chief of Police, a Minister of Family Services, a Premiere, a Justice Minister; where a 9-11 call was made in writing and in person for a family that was homeless because of bureaucracy, that to this day, have failed to prove their point.

If a house burns down, the Salvation Army is there, a rescue team, police; and if we look deeper at a house that burns down, it leaves people on the street.  Suddenly, radio stations and television stations have special programs for fundraising, for clothing and furniture and to establish these people immediately so that they wouldn’t be left on the street.

But every one of our politicians, including the Chief of Police of Winnipeg, Jack Ewatski, all find ways to push the files to somebody else while a woman and four children was left on the street, of which one just took her life.

Now I could just see if the mother ended up on the street in prostitution and perhaps two of her daughters.  We could even say the one that just took her life, and then the police would brag to clean up the streets from prostitution not knowing that they have created the problem through the uncaring family non-service department.

You would think that this article posted up yesterday would have at least shaken them a bit to justify their actions.  But still, too racist to care about the poor and the needy that we could only praise Vic Grant from CJOB radio who was so moved on the phone to hear of this story (and forgive me but) when I kept hearing, “Jesus Christ, I can’t believe this!” asking if he could come in to visit us, perhaps next week.  Will he?  I don’t know.  And now the Aboriginal newspaper called Grassroots were moved by this article and you know what is beautiful about this article – that the first time that a person gets arrested they are asked for their birth date and full name.  And they are then coerced into a written deposition against themselves.  So we use their tactics to make them sign from their own letterhead that they don’t give a damn.

Ambulances are faster than people.  The game playing of “It takes time to change the system”…If we really look at the fact that if it were for Jack Ewatski’s own children committing suicide or Gary Doer or Gordon McIntosh or Christine Melnick or perhaps Marion Bernier, (“I could even overrule the arbitration,” as she told me personally).  If it were one of these person’s child, wouldn’t the whole city be made knowledgeable of the tragedy in the family of these distinguished people?

The only way I look at it now, it’s one less treaty person, one less welfare recipient, one less Indian, maybe one less prostitute, if they look at it this way and if it even pays to pay for the funeral because then there would be a deduction from the welfare cheque next month forever, for that little soul that is gone.  No demand for treaties.  I guess it pays to slow down the system:  the more they exterminate themselves, the less costly it will be for everyone, perhaps less violence.  Bravo, politicians.  You are the great people that have been entrusted with the lives of these people.  Even buying votes at the last election at $5 a piece, knowing that they needed it.  And then you speak of accountability on Reservations.

If we look at the Gomery Inquiry, at the big promises of Harper, notice it’s all dead.   Nobody’s in jail, an extra $11 million dollars for that inquiry, $12 billion dollar surplus and all kinds of money for military in Afghanistan, but nothing for housing and bragging of a museum of human rights?  No wonder they want to discuss the future of Winnipeg.  That in itself tells that nobody has a sense of direction.

Was the Winnipeg Sun right in criticizing ‘spirited energy,’ a waste of taxpayer’s money to bring people to Winnipeg, curiously about “spirited energy”?  Where Winnipeg has become the grave of many young children to suicide; by the way there was another one from Long Plains the very same day as this young girl.

There was a demonstration in front of the Legislative building where they announced publicly that they cut off funding to help against suicide, diabetes and violence.  Isn’t this stupid?  That guarantees an increase in criminality.  Isn’t it strange that through criminality we could give them shelters and food and prisons?  Except for women and children.  “Sign here, plea guilty to what we assume that you did and we won’t charge you but we’ll cut you off.”

A woman that may do wrong would be better off arrested because the children would be apprehended, brought into foster homes or shelters and the woman would get better meals and a break from the pressures of life, especially without having to worry about a shelter and knowing that there are some taxpayers who would happily look after these children because our leaders are corrupted, heartless people.  And I invite them to prove me wrong in an open debate, a.s.a.p.  You may call it 911: ‘Non Emergency meeting’, because when it comes to the minorities, take your time.

This is but the beginning of our involvement.  As Vic Grant asked me, “How does the People's Political Power Party fit into this and the Mission of the Shroud?  Is this a religious organization?”  And the reply was: “Are there any religious organizations who have done something to change the standards of life for these people?  Mission of the Shroud to his great surprise has been function for eighteen years without support but with criticism; and spiritually guiding people where we have many testimonies of people who would not be alive today, added to your suicide list that seems to diminish the cost of Indian Affairs.”

If you don’t live what you preach, keep your mouth shut and don’t live off the people.  As I told Vic Grant, “Don’t call me a politician.  Everyone is a volunteer here.  We have no fundings from no one for the last 18 years.  Everyone takes out of their own little pocket change to keep this place alive.  And no, we are not a religious organization.  We are a people who look at Canadians as our own children.”  We are parents to them, and the way they come here, that’s very apparent.

I thank Mr. Grant for at least having called, so far, giving him the benefit of the doubt.  As for the others, cowardly uncaring, they sit back and call it ‘political’.  Isn’t Afghanistan political – out of Canada’s jurisdiction, where the taxpayers pay for this where we can’t even look at our own people?

To whoever reads this:

How moved will you be?  A few tears and, well?  That’s the way the system is.  Then it’s because of people thinking like this that the system remains this way.  But we will go out there because if they can’t respond to their employers, the taxpayers, where we have proof of their lack of interest, then we will go into their ball courts and we will prohibit them of furthering the danger of children and women in Canada.  If you could pass sexual legislation by legalizing them, then you’re working against the family, the rights of children and the respect of woman.  And if none of you responds, then you’re all the same – not giving a damn about your own kids much less about the one you say you love and that you allow to be humiliated by pornography, lusting and throwing them on the street.

Have a good sleep tonight, if you can.  But until you wake up again, we will stay awakened to look after the well being of the people who trust in you that you care not enough to open up the wounds of our own creations and bring healing to all Canadians.

May the Great Spirit be with you.

And to the First Nation people: start looking for the sunshine. You, the young that are angry, suicidal, drugs and alcohol, you’re my kids and believe me, I will stand up on guard for thee.

With all my love,
