We have a flag of French out of Quebec, living in Northern Ontario through fourteen ridings, where they are discontent with the little that they get through their members of parliament in Ottawa. 

How many new flags will surface and float in the different provinces, sort of nations within nations, as now is the case with the issue of Quebec:  a nation within Canada?  The green and white flag that bears the fleur de lys of Quebec and the Ontario emblem where according to the people, they wish to be separated but they make a flag of the two.  Is it a flag of union or separation? 

As leader of the People’s Political Power Party of Canada, we are about a Canada that everyone will love because every corner of it, from the most remote area in the Yukon to any reservation or territories or the West Coast or the East Coast, French, English and all, we will present a government where every Member of Parliament will be known throughout the nation and will bring forth the needs of each region, according to the industry or whatever the natural resources are.  We want to rebuild Northern Ontario.  We say the same thing to the First Nation people to put an end to all this bickering of 500 years, the biggest stumbling block to unity in Canada.

And as Leader of a Party, I say openly to all members of Parliament, regardless of what Party you are with or are Independent:  What is the need of a Member of Parliament if nothing could be accomplished in his riding because it is a not as populous as the urban areas but so loved at election time?

We need to rebuild our nation by our people, for our people and with the people.  Every industry in Canada, be it the lumber industry, farming industry, textiles, fishing, hunting, manufacturing, every member of Parliament must be attached as a co-operative system to work in conjunction with the need to truly represent every living Canadian, regardless of how simple or complicated the need is. Every question deserves an answer.

I intend to visit Northern Ontario again:  very likely, through the Chamber of Commerce where we want to give you not only an idea of what we would do but of what we will do and we will put in it in writing as a written guarantee of our commitment through your MP’s that will have the power of the leader of a nation within your community, when it comes to representing you in Ottawa.

If any of you wish to stop dreaming and start realizing this project, it is time that you stop being strong about separation and take a stand on unity by the hand that is reaching out to you to be there on your behalf in Ottawa with your member of Parliament and to visit your area and to partake in its development.  It is greater to turn a liability into an asset than to ignore it, because an asset will always bring back to the nation the bearing fruit of the work of the people that we don’t just promise but that we commit ourselves to in the fourteen ridings covering Northern Ontario, all the way to Ottawa.

Some of you may say, “You’d have to be Prime Minister to do this.  You’d have to be at least in the opposition and have many seats because if you are in one place yourself, what could you do for the other places when you will fight for your own?”  My own is Canada.  Whether it is with one seat in Ottawa, I cannot be fair in dreaming leadership of a nation unless that even within my own riding I have at heart the well being of all people.  This is why we say we give you a written guarantee.  And even with one seat in Ottawa, whenever any MP of any Party or representative of First nation people or Inuit are recognized as a people, perhaps not at the level of Quebec now, but Canada will be Canada and the flags will be united by everyone waving to each other from one coast to the other.

We will make people want Canada because of what we will present from Canada to all people.  When everyone will be recognized through the injustices they suffer or perhaps through the abundance that they receive that they could share, if everyone is that willing to be honest and straight with each other as blood brothers and sisters, no one will seek more than the other and productivity will exceed the demand of our nation because our habits will give us to look at the world within our nation by the multi-culture that are within, awaiting, not for the American dream, but for the Canadian reality that we will establish.

If you are interested and daring enough by the love you say you have for your community, you better remember that dividing will make it tougher for you to get from Ottawa than having a voice that is heard, as we will make it for you.

To those fourteen ridings: stop sitting on the fence and crying.  We will help you in the farming community as well as in the forestry industry and every sector of your society will be served by the productivity of your own fourteen ridings where you will be proud to serve your own people the best of yourself.  And unless you are prepared to offer such, you have no love for your people.  And I want to be there with you to make that be everywhere in Canada.
