Who Are We For All the Indian People? Who Are They?

May 29, 2008

Good Afternoon!  A lot of people are talking aboutthe Indian people.  Who are the Indian people?  What’s happening with them?  We don’t understand about the Indian people.  We don’t understand anymore!  So if we are truly interested in learning about them then let us continue.

What does it mean when we say that the Indian people are beautiful?  What does that mean?  It is time for people to realize how fascinating the Indian people are and to learn how beautiful they are.  We will be shocked as white people to learn what we learn today.

What is an Indian?  After listening to them for many weeks I listened while the Spirit guided me as to who are they – these Indians.  The first truth was the most fascinating of all.  Of all peoples existing, the Indian people are the least likely to kill a baby (commit abortion).  The Indian people almost never kill their babies.  They keep their children. There may have been an occasional abortion but white people kill their babies for no reason and this shows the difference right there!  Far less than 1% of Indian people ‘lose’ their babies while white people are ‘losing’ their children ‘like nothing’!

I remember something funny that I saw on TV many years ago about an Italian family.  Somebody had died and the family of the deceased paid some Italian people to cry for the deceased.  They paid them to cry and feel lonely for this person who died.  But the Indian people are truly crying and wish to give up their lives for the people.  What a difference!  When Indian people visit their friends, even priests in other communities they bring fish to them.  The fish are given freely - gifts for the priests but white people forget ‘the fish’ for the priests.  Isn’t this interesting?

Let’s learn more now about how beautiful the Indian people are.  A while ago a group of Indian people from rural Manitoba drove to Ontario to visit a bishop in Toronto.  The bishop was fascinated that they would come such a long way to see him. The Indian people were happy to see the bishop and he told them how beautiful they were.  The Indian people were so fascinated that Bishop Danylak was so nice to them that they decided to throw a big party for him when he came to visit them.  All the Indian people sang for him when he came.  They rented a limousine for him and paid for this because they loved this bishop.  They met him at the airport in three vehicles escorting the limousine all the way to their reserve in this way honouring the bishop’s arrival.

Isn’t that different - Indian people, happy that a bishop is coming?  They danced and held a big party in his honour and paid for everything themselves.  Even someone from Ottawa came to congratulate the bishop and the Indian people for being together for that visit.  And an Indian woman made a quilt to sleep for the bishop.  The bishop was so overwhelmed by everything the Indian people did for him.  He said, ‘They do all this for me?’  I said, ‘Yes, they love you!’

And they held a pow-wow which lasted for the three days that they were there together.  Wouldn’t you say that the Indian people were so beautiful for the bishop?  Fascinating!  The bishop even attended the sweat lodge and again he was fascinated by how beautiful the Indian people are.  Even their chief became a friend of the bishop and he loved the bishop because he had come all that way to say ‘hello’ and to dance with them because to him they were fascinating.  He told them, ‘You are so happy – not bad Indian people at all!’

This bishop is now retired – a beautiful friend of the Indian people and they love him truly.  Not so bad for the Indians!  They fell in love with the bishop.  They did more for the bishop than white people do for their priests!  There is something fascinating to learn today (and for you Indian people as well).  Realize who you are – Indian people!  Learn who you are, Indian people!  Learn my people, how beautiful you are - my people!

About three weeks ago I asked some white people, ‘Would you give your life for me because you love me so much?’  And the white man said, ‘Definitely.  I would give my life for you!’  And I said, ‘Go ahead.  Give your life for me.’  And he said, ‘Are you crazy?  Me, give my life for you?”  But at first he said he would give his life and yet later he said, ‘Are you crazy?  Do this for you?  No way!’

But we know today that Indian people kill themselves every day because they truly give up their lives because their friend has died.  An Indian person is ready to give up his own life because his friend is gone.  Isn’t that different between Indian people and other people?  But I say to you (Indian people) today, ‘Indian people don’t give up your life.  Instead, share your life with someone (a friend) to be loved by you and continue to be better instead of giving up because someone else gave up.

Today there is new and important information. You probably didn’t realize this at all.  More Indian people wish to die now - after we gave them more money (the settlements) than before.  Why?  Please look at this.  Why does this happen?

First of all, Indian people don’t work every day because it is impossible to find work every day – to make enough money for rent and food because after all, they are Indian people and they are looked at as ‘cheap labour’ often making just enough to survive.  Now it is very sad to hear this but Canada has only given money to the Indian people once in all the time existing.  So the Indian person thinks, ‘Now that I get money I’m going shopping because I’ve never had more money than this.  And my friends will be there and we’ll have a party for ourselves because we’re usually so poor and this is the first time (the only time) ever that we have money– so let’s party.  So I’ll invite my closest friends because in three weeks I will be poor again.  So let’s party - like it’s Christmas!’

But how sad!  When the money’s gone it means it’s the end of being happy forever!  Imagine after this, they are poor again and the Indian people wish to die instead of being poor again.  The Indian person thinks, ‘I have no friends, and everyone is gone again.  The party was very short.  And why are we happy with money when we already losteverything? So the hell with me!  Now imagine that we had money everyday.  It would be beautiful.  We would party every day.  But now there is no money, so no friends to party with.  And now I dream…But we know it’s impossible to be happy – rich – making lots of money every day.’

But what is fascinating for Indian people is that without any money at all you could hold yourself so close for each other that you are happy every day.  You could go all over Canada if you are together because you have fun when you are together because you love each other from the heart.  You could sleep outside.  It’s okay - as long as your friend is there.  But there are also some who say, ‘I wish to make money, but it’s impossible if you are Indian.  You white people make money but because we are Indian it is impossible to make money!  But now decide for yourself.  Can you live without any money and live instead by being with your good friend?  It would be beautiful!  Otherwise, you will give up your life because it is impossible to have money every day - because you are Indian.

Now this is something new for all people.  It is fascinating today.   You could be so close with your friend in your life and together you could get more education, more money and learn balance and work together like good friends.  This is more important than making money and having no friends.  Encourage each other!  That’s more important than money.  When good friends are together from the heart, they will fall in love with each other and work together.  You could also fall in love with a good woman (who like the friend) works with you as the beautiful people you are.  Then you see yourself in love with the friend or the woman because you work together and dance together – happy.  And together you and the woman have a dream – to have happy children with you.

Indian people are fascinating because when you love you ‘go crazy’ but white people are too cold.  Because the Indian people love from the heart as you see in the love they have for the bishop.  Imagine how they would love a woman because their heart is so beautiful in love!  That means that now the white people must learn to love!

It is time to wake up, white people!  Money is more important to you than woman!  You are cold and you use women because you pay them for this (use them)!  And you think they love you when you paid for it?  Suckers!  ‘I’ll pay you a lot of money to prove to me that you love me!’  Imagine white people pay a woman to prove that she loves you!  But an Indian person realizes that love in the heart is there in a close friend.  Imagine he falls in love with a bishop!  (This proves how beautiful the hearts of the Indian people are.)  And imagine on top of all of this he also falls in love with an Indian woman.  The Indian man will go crazy for her heart.  He will work and do anything for her because he loves her.

Sometimes Indian people are angry because they are not happy.  ‘I want someone to love me, God damn it!  Tell the woman I love her!’  Then they cry and drink beer.  They are angry because, ‘I am lonely.  My son killed himself plus the woman I love has thrown me out the door too!  I’m going to kill myself!’  Take the time now to realize that an Indian man is beautiful.  If only someone could realize how beautiful he is – to sing and dance and dream for an Indian woman to fall in love with him and for a bishop to know that, ‘He loves me too!’

Hallelujah!  Congratulations Indian people!  I am proud of you because you know how to love.  The white people have to learn but Indian people must realize if you are truly a friend you would save your friend - to change both your lives to be happy all together.  Then the woman and anyone else will fall in love with you ‘nice guys’!  And the proof is that I write to you because I love you too, my beautiful man!

My Indian people, come and see me whenever you want to!  I learn from you, my friend.  Congratulations!  Wake-up to continue to be happier yourselves (and I learn from you to be happy).  I love you guys!  You know who I am.

From the Spirit
