The Law

February 19, 2009

There are two kinds of laws; the laws of God in the Bible, on which we place our hands and swear to tell the truth and to be honest, and then there are the laws for the people to follow in their country.  And one of those laws in Canada is called “False Pretences”.

The definition of a “false pretence” is:

361. “A false pretence is a representation of a matter of fact either present or past, made by words or otherwise, that is known by the person who makes it to be false and that is made with a fraudulent intent to induce the person to whom it is made to act on it.”

362. “Every one commits an offence who (a) by a false pretence…obtains anything in respect of which the offence of theft may be committed or causes it to be delivered to another person; (b) obtains credit by a false pretence or by fraud; (c) knowingly makes…a false statement in writing…with respect to the financial condition or means or ability to pay…(i) the delivery of personal property, (ii) the payment of money, (iii) the making of a loan,… or credit…(vi) the making, accepting, discounting or endorsing of a bill of exchange, cheque, draft or promissory note; or (d) knowing that a false statement in writing has been made…”

The government of Canada has broken this law already because for many years they told the First Nations people that they own them money from the land they took from them. They have signed to pay this to them and now it looks like they are laughing at the First Nations people because they still have not settled these claims.  So the government has made a false pretence and broken the law - therefore they should be arrested.  Plus through all this they have claimed it to be in the Name of God.  So now that is two kinds of laws broken: the laws of our country and the laws of God.

Plus now, did you know that you cannot pay with cash at the airports for a flight?  You must have credit or you cannot fly.  That means money has no value and you can’t use it.  But let’s say you are very poor and you have no credit.  That means it is impossible to fly.  Is there a law that says “Cash: you are not allowed to use it.”  You are breaking the law again by false pretence.

I ask you, the government, if it is illegal to make a false pretence, to amend yourselves to the First Nations people and give back what rightfully belongs to them.  Also, cash is known to be of value, therefore if we have cash (bills, coins and debit) we can use that to purchase the product or service that we want or need.  So if the airports tell us that we can not purchase our ticket with cash, that is a false pretence, in regards to the value and usage of cash.  We should be able to use the money we earn, thereby purchasing the services we want.

So unless you amend yourselves, government and airports, then we as citizens of Canada, under the laws, can sue you for not obeying your own laws.

People of Canada and the government:
We will let you now think about this and respond to us with your comments, questions, and concerns.  Our words must not only be spoken but become alive in our actions of love for one another in honesty and loyalty.

Call us anytime or write to us, we want to hear from you!
